1. Who we are

These terms govern the use of software, websites and services provided by Cryptryx Inc., a corporation incorporated in the Republic of Panama ("Cryptryx", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide software tools for users of the Solana blockchain, including token risk analysis, wallet maintenance tools, community automation and on-chain dashboards. Some services are free, others are offered as paid subscriptions or usage-based payments.

3. Non-custodial use

Our services are non-custodial. You connect your own wallet and approve every transaction yourself. We never hold, control or have access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and for every transaction you sign.

4. No financial advice

Risk scores, analyses, statistics and any other information provided by our services are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A low risk score does not guarantee that a token is safe, and a high risk score does not prove wrongdoing. Always do your own research.

5. Blockchain risks

Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. Network fees, congestion, smart contract errors and third-party protocols are outside our control. We are not responsible for losses resulting from blockchain transactions, network failures or third-party services.

6. Paid services

Prices and payment methods for paid services are shown before purchase. Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are final unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, to interfere with their operation, to circumvent usage limits, or to scrape or resell our data without written permission. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

8. Intellectual property

Our software, scoring methods, content and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. Using our services does not grant you any rights to them beyond normal use.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Cryptryx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost digital assets. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Panama City, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
